Overview
The Templates gallery provides professionally designed starting points covering a range of industries and styles. Each template is pre-rendered using your own real user data — the name, title, and company in the preview are pulled from your Google Directory.

Browsing templates
Open Templates from the sidebar. Use the filter pills at the top to narrow by industry (Tech, Finance, Healthcare, Legal, etc.) or the search box to find specific styles. Hover over any card to see the full preview at scale.

Templates are curated by SignatureHQ. Your organisation's custom-saved signatures appear on the Signatures page, not in the Templates gallery.Applying a template
- 1Click Use template on any card in the gallery.
- 2A new signature is created in the builder pre-loaded with the template's blocks and styles.
- 3Give the signature a name, then customise it before saving.
Tip
Applying a template creates a copy — the original template is not modified. You can apply the same template multiple times to create variants.Customising after applying
After applying, you're in the full builder with all blocks editable. Common customisations:
- Colours — click any text block and change font colour in the inspector to match your brand palette.
- Logo — replace the logo block's image URL with your company logo (set a default in Settings → Workspace).
- Layout — add, remove, or reorder blocks freely. Templates are starting points, not fixed designs.
- Container style — open the paint bucket panel to add a branded background colour or gradient.
