Workspace
Settings → Workspace controls your Google Workspace connection and directory sync configuration.
- Admin email— the Google Workspace Super Admin email used for impersonation in API calls. This must be a Super Admin account on your domain.
- Domain-Wide Delegation status— shows whether DWD is active. If using the Marketplace install, this is configured automatically. For manual setup, upload your service account JSON key here.
- Verify connection — click Test Connection to confirm SignatureHQ can access your directory. A green tick means everything is working.
- Sync frequency— how often SignatureHQ auto-syncs your directory (1h / 6h / 12h / 24h). Default: 24h.
- Company branding — set your company name, website, logo URL, address, and phone. These are available as
{{company.*}}variables in signatures.

Billing
Settings → Billing shows your current plan, seat count, and billing history.
- Current plan — plan tier (Free / Starter / Professional / Enterprise) and status
- Seat usage — number of synced directory users vs your plan limit
- Upgrade / manage — click Manage billing to open the Stripe customer portal where you can upgrade, downgrade, update payment details, or download invoices
Tip
The number of billable seats is based on your synced directory user count, not the number of SignatureHQ platform members (team members who log in). Suspended or deleted Google Workspace users are not counted.Integrations
Settings → Integrations manages third-party service connections.
Canva
Connect your Canva account to design banners and background images directly in SignatureHQ using the Canva editor. Click Connect Canva and follow the OAuth flow. Once connected, Canva Design Buttons appear in the signature builder and campaign creation form.
To disconnect: click Disconnect in the Canva card. This removes the stored tokens — existing imported images are not affected.
Info
The Gemini AI image generation feature is configured platform-wide by your SignatureHQ administrator — no per-organisation setup is required.Audit log
Settings → Audit Log is an append-only record of all significant actions taken within your organisation.
- Actor — the team member who performed the action
- Action — colour-coded action type (e.g. SIGNATURE_CREATED, DEPLOYMENT_STARTED, MEMBER_INVITED)
- Resource — the object that was acted on
- Timestamp — when the action occurred
Use the Actor filter to narrow the log to a specific team member. Entries cannot be edited or deleted.
